This weekend JB & I, along with his parents hosted a travel theme couples shower.
His mother did all of the hard work.
I got to play with flowers and do a little decorating.
we purchased these invitations, and had the passport stamps all changed to places they've been. I bought a map on amazon for 92 cents. ha. painted it with b&l, and put flags in everywhere they've been. Their colors are pink and gray. I might have went a little overboard on the pink... (:
My Mother in law came up with such a fun menu.

Denmark - Frickadellars
France - joues de boeuf
Greece- Hummus Bar
Spain - Gazpacho
Hungary - Goulash
Italy - Assorted Italian Cheeses & pesto & bread

ReplyDeleteYou prepared a lovely travel-themed bridal shower. Just to add more taste to it, I suggest that you try renting a long island party bus so that you can actually travel while you are having your travel-themed party. That would be awesome.
